NationalRx Pharmacy Network Data Breach

What Happened

NationalRx Pharmacy Network filed a breach notification with the Pennsylvania Attorney General on June 20, 2026 affecting approximately 620,000 patients. A vendor's compromised system allowed unauthorized access to NationalRx's dispensing records between March 18 and April 2, 2026. Exposed data includes prescription histories, diagnoses, insurance information, Social Security Numbers, and in some cases bank account details used for autopay.
