What Happened

Pinnacle Financial Group filed a breach notification with the New York Attorney General on July 8, 2026. The breach involved unauthorized access to customer account portals, exposing account numbers, routing numbers, Social Security Numbers, and login credentials for approximately 213,000 customers. The intrusion occurred between April 22 and April 30, 2026, and was discovered during a routine security audit.
