North Dallas Shared Ministries, known as Now-Forward, a Texas-based community and human services organization, reported a data security breach that occurred on August 11, 2026. The organization filed notice of the incident on September 11, 2026, and is currently monitoring the situation.

The compromised data categories include Full Name, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Home Address, Income and Financial Aid Documentation, Contact Information, Government ID Information, and Employment History Records. Now-Forward, by its mission, collects and maintains extensive sensitive data to provide aid and support services to vulnerable populations.
